ESCFederal is currently in need of a responsible individual to fill the position of Facilities Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. As a Facilities Operations Manager of this shopping center, you are trained to guide and direct the activities of all assigned employees to this shopping center; maintenance-housekeeping-security-building systems.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to all assigned shopping center employees.
Recruitment and development of new and existing employees.
Provide coordination in all tenant related construction.
Plan and supervise operations for landscaping needs of the shopping center.
Maintain Quality and Profitability of all related budgets of the shopping center.
Must be available to work off hours when need be.
Must be open to occasional travel for training and assistance to other shopping center sites.

Facilities Maintenance Background - Required
Commer Retail Building Experience - Required
Experience and knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall repair, flooring, HVAC, various man-lifts, power tools, and troubleshooting - Required
Understanding and applied experience of Facilities Operations.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus.
Tenant coordination and build outs is a major plus
Knowledge and Understanding of Budgetary responsibilities.
