Manage day to day property operations of our client’s national commercial portfolio,
Communicate with tenants to address their needs, resolve any issues and enforce their lease.
Respond to tenant requests on behalf of the Landlord in an expedient and professional manner.
Work with client’s in-house leasing, legal and accounting departments to prepare properties for re-lease
Prepare budgets and monthly financial variance reports
Knowledge and understanding of construction and tenant improvement process including project bidding, budgeting and implementation; ability to analyze bids
Ability to evaluate capital improvement projects/issues
Ability to negotiate contracts
Experience with managing and maintaining electrical/mechanical, sprinkler and HVAC systems.
Familiar with various roofing systems; their maintenance, repair and replacement
Working knowledge of parking lot repair, maintenance and replacement
Keep preventative maintenance program current
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of property management/maintenance, construction, and supervision of outside contractors is required.
Strong facilities maintenance experience
Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office; Yardi helpful.
Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work and multitask.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
