QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform continual informal inspections of the property to ensure it is properly maintained and that the environment is safe and attractive.
Daily Inspections of exterior and interior common areas of the property.
Review completed and outstanding work orders on a daily basis. Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
Make ready of vacant units; must be able to perform a variety of repairs including: painting, drywall repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other repairs involved in an apartment turn.
