Plan and coordinate special projects relating to acquisitions and moves.
Work with vendors to implement and upgrade to new technology solutions.
Develop application specific business continuity plans.
Supervise and ensure that IT, WP and Litigation Support provides a high-level of service and support to end-users, while still maintaining the highest level of security protection.
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical executive personnel.
Coordinate applications training and conduct classroom training session.
Develop and maintain training curriculum and materials.
Interview new hire applicants and prepare employee performance appraisals as well as developmental plans.
Troubleshoot advanced network, hardware, and software problems.
Maintain firm’s Windows Domain Controllers and associated services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Exchange User Accounts, etc).
Ensure that data is secure and backed up on a daily basis.
Confirm that systems are up-to-date and effectively patched.
Administer XenDesktop Infrastructure.
Administer VMWare/VSphere Infrastructure.
Support mobile device management, data synchronization, and associated carrier accounts.
Maintain PBX, VoiceMail, Security, electrical and HVAC systems.
Provide off-hours technical support.
Hardware: Cisco Firewall/Switches/Routers, Dell Power Edge Servers, Nimble, Datto, Mitel and NEC phone systems, Wireless Routers, iPhone, various hand-held devices and tablets, extensive experience in Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting and repair.
