Description: Supervise all trades staff and coordinate all deferred, corrrective, preventative, and routine maintenance on first, second and third shifts.Maintain accurate man hours and inventory control records. preforming other duties as assigned.
Campus Location: Boston Campus
Required Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HVAC, Building management controls systems and other mechanical systems. Must posses the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple assigned tasks. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred/Desirable Knowledge: HVAC License. Knowledge of BMS systems.
Required Prior Work Experience: Five years experience in the Facilities Management field
