Independently performs journey level work to operate, calibrate and repair boilers or other multifaceted energy systems that generate heat, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R). Independently functions as a fully qualified journey-level locksmith. Assist other Trades and semi-skilled workers with all phases of building maintenance including carpentry, welding, painting, plumbing and electrical systems. All work is performed throughout the College campus, satellite campuses and associated organizations. Act as lead worker for other classified and temporary workers assigned to his/her projects and work requests. Ensure safe access in and around all work areas
Requires high school diploma or GED.
Requires five years of HVAC/R experience in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting.
Must have experience/training in HVAC, welding, electrical and mechanical.
Computer Literacy: Training in, or experience with, email, Internet, word processing, and spreadsheets (preferably
experience with MS Office Suite products).
Three years full-time work experience as a locksmith helper/trainee or journey level standing as a locksmith.
Must have an Oregon Limited Maintenance Electrician’s license.
