The Quality Assurance Manager will work collaboratively with all levels of the company to develop, monitor, and track, HVAC and other related technical processes, procedures and reports. QAM will work directly with the Contract Manager, and Service Manager, to ensure the day to day compliance with Contract requirements. The QAM must be able to work collaboratively with all members of the operational team for continuous improvement of all deliverables specified under the contract. Primary areas for continuous improvement will be HVAC preventative maintenance, work orders, and task orders, and all related components of the delivery of these items.
BS preferred or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable technical experience in building or plant maintenance i.e. HVAC, Fire Systems, etc.
Must be able to complete and maintain a stringent background and suitability clearance as required by the Federal Government.
Knowledgeable of Interpersonal Behavior (IBP) and Problem Solving Skills (Fishbone, Pareto, data analysis) to recommend/ facilitate changes to processes
6-sigma pipeline preferred
Financial analysis experience a plus
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel
Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organization and teaming skills
