Join the Purdue University Audio Visual team as a key player in the integration of high tech educational and research systems. We specify, design and install several million dollars in AV products annually. We are looking for an individual experienced in the construction trades to supervise the core operations of our one-stop shop. In this role you will provide direction to the technical team, meet with clients, estimate parts and materials, and assist with project management & inspections. As Integration Supervisor, your other duties include assisting with reconciling of projects and coordinating staff training. You’ll be working alongside a cross-functional team of AV engineers, Crestron programmers, and IT support staff. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to train inexperienced technical staff, and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree with two years of experience in a skilled trade profession (ie. electrical, HVAC, general construction) or related area. In lieu of degree, consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of related education and required work experience.

Experience supervising staff.
Ability to supervise and direct the work of others.
Ability to coordinate technical operations and work under constant time constraints.
