Job Description: The role of Project Analyst will facilitate the expeditious handling of various projects within IAPMO’s Certification Department, which includes following up with customers, clients, and reviewing engineers, and, when necessary, analyzing processes and making recommendations for improvement. Duties also include managing and completing special projects, assisting internal and external customers, plus other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree in business or engineering a plus)
Working knowledge of Office business machines and software
Minimum 3 years of work experience in an office environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Good writing and oral communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Able to work with minimal supervision
