HHHunt is seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Manager to assist with the maintenance operations of our apartment homes. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate written and orally effectively, and ability to support team building.
Weekend, holiday and on-call work are required when needed.
Perform comprehensive building and unit inspections
Perform service requests and provide superior service to residents
Maintain a turn schedule for make-ready units and preventative maintenance program
Train and mentor the service team
Provide a clean, well-maintained community for residents and superior curb appeal for prospective residents
Proven knowledge and success in the area of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry and OSHA standards
Property maintenance and supervisory experience.
