This position provides required support to all areas of the maintenance and operation of Student Housing primarily at Palo Verde Housing on the campus of UCI. This position performs routine and special maintenance projects required to keep the community clean, well-functioning and accessible to residents. Assists with aspects of the apartment turnover process, requires knowledge of and skill in using appropriate maintenance/cleaning equipment. Under the general supervision of the Sr. Building Maintenance Supervisor, incumbent has operational responsibility for the maintenance and repair of all buildings, preparation of vacant apartments, within the housing complex.
