Supervise, direct and work with Maintenance Techs to ensure the property is in excellent operational condition. Lead & motivate Maintenance Techs, delegate work, and implement preventive maintenance programs. Perform hands-on maintenance of the community, manage service requests, prepare turnover apartments for move-in, manage vendors, inventory and assist Property Manager with budget. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Supervisory experience plus a minimum of 3+ years hands-on maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, appliances etc. HVAC experience and EPA certification required.
