EXPERIENCED, RESPONSIBLE LEAD MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN HOUSTON (CLEAR LAKE AREA)
Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, lead maintenance professional with a “Whatever it Takes” attitude to join our Houston team to oversee maintenance on a 400-unit apartment community.
Job responsibilities include:
Overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, unit make ready, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the apartment community.
Overseeing the maintenance staff
Handling grounds keeping and pool duties as needed.
Will be required to schedule and respond to on-call, after hours emergencies.

Our ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of multi-family maintenance experience or at least 3 years of general maintenance experience. Supervisory experience required. Must be able to handle plumbing repairs, tile work, HVAC equipment, appliance and carpentry repairs, electrical repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready. HVAC/Freon Recovery certification required. Must have certifications/permits required by city or state to perform job responsibilities. CAMT, Fair Housing, CPO certifications preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and be able to read, write and speak English.
