Monitors and maintenance the outdoor grounds, conducts daily cleaning of driveways and front porches from leaves, oversees outsourced tree care, lawn care, and landscaping services.
Conducts general repairs, small-scale building improvements, light carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance & mechanical repairs at all structures/units.
Monitors & maintains all HVAC systems (including air handlers, condensers & boilers; schedules and supervises outsourced services as needed.
Monitors & maintains all electrical systems; schedules and supervises outsourced services as needed.
Monitor & maintain all plumbing systems; schedules and supervises outsourced services as needed.
Works with Fellow Technician and Hospitality Manager to ensure that quality standards are maintained, projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner, and that the CHS remains properly stocked to address all foreseeable maintenance contingencies.
Achieves all duties as assigned and is prepared to undertake other duties related to buildings and grounds as needed.

Three years of experience in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Knowledge about the maintenance of irrigation systems.
OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Certified, HVAC Universal Tech Certification (Includes R-410A Refrigerant, CFR part 82 – subpart F, gas valve, installation, carbon monoxide inspection), Int'l Electrical Code Certificaiton, Int'l Plumbing Code Certification are all desirable certifications. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical.
