The Metropolitan College Department of Arts Administration is looking for a self-motivated and dependable individual for the Program Manager position. Serve as the primary contact point for the program. Perform all administrative functions of the Arts Administration program. Manage existing and future international initiatives. Support current students and adjunct faculty members. The arts administration program offers a graduate degree and two graduate certificate programs, one of which is online.
Masters Degree in Arts Administration and a minimum of one year of work experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a higher education environment. Strong supervisory, analysis, project management,and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously, excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills and a high level of comfort and experience using technology. International experience (working with international students, speaking additional languages, and lived and/or working outside the United States) and a background and/or work experience in the visual or performing arts. Finally, the person must be detail- oriented and capable of managing complex, time-sensitive matters effectively and tactfully.
