The purpose of this position is to serve as the (HVAC/Exterior) solutions expert to support Business Development and Client Enablement in designing trade solutions. Serves as subject matter expert and is the definitive source of knowledge, technique, and expertise for (HVAC/Exterior) Facility Maintenance Services. Partners with Service Delivery/Client Development to support existing client trade programs. Tracks competitive marketplace and industry trends to keep company at the forefront of the industry.
Travel as needed (25-35% target)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HVAC: Demonstrates solution expertise by having knowledge of at least the top 10 control systems that are prevalent in the market. Understands open or closed protocols and integration capability with 3rd parties such as FacilitySource.
Exterior Services: Demonstrates solution expertise in the Exterior Services field. Understands all aspects of Exterior Services and the Facility Maintenance industry with capabilities of providing solutions to various types of clients.
Maintains listing of API�s for control systems, creates awareness to sales team, and presents business cases to Product Development and D&T teams.
Assists in RFI/RFP responses to provide insight into best practices.
Creates compelling presentations in partnership with business development teams, demonstrating value and differentiation to other solutions in the market. Articulates comprehensive program solutions for maintenance spend that leverage predictive analytics in EMS monitoring and analysis.
Interacts with Service Provider Management Community on an as needed basis.
Partners with Pricing & Procurement for pricing discussions and scope of work reviews.
Attends industry related conferences.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in Business or related field. 5+ years of related work experience; related trade experience required.
Demonstrates in depth knowledge of trade and market engagement. Experience in business processes, re-engineering and data analytics in a highly matrixed business environment preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
CSP, PMP, Green Belt or other industry related certifications preferred. For HVAC role; Industry related certification required (CEM, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Demonstrated high level of self-direction and decision making. Must be comfortable presenting to senior level client executives.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Demonstrable experience with implementations of Services and/or Software solutions.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, Project).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with dynamic objectives. Willingness to travel extensively and sometimes with short notice.
