Columbia University is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Refrigeration Controls Systems to join its Manhattanville Operations team. Responsibilities include the day-to-day operation, repair, and maintenance of building refrigeration systems, control systems, and HVAC systems throughout the Manhattanville campus. This includes direct expansion units, heat pump systems, refrigerators, freezers, environmental control boxes, and the various chillers installed throughout the campus, as well as associated auxiliary systems and machinery used in the distribution and dispersion of HVAC&R. The Supervisor directs the frontline staff (union) in executing daily performance inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree and/or its equivalent, plus a minimum of 3–5 years related experience required. Two (2) years of demonstrated supervisory experience of union/nonunion staff required
