Leverage your vast knowledge of parking technologies and innovative processes to help transform facilities into dynamic and efficient parking operations that continually impress our Clients and enhance the customer experience.
Deliver top-notch Service for our high-touch Clients, ensuring our Operations exceed expectations in terms of efficiency and customer care. To this end you will develop, implement, direct and support "best practices", as well as ABM polices and standards in quality management, job and site safety programs, and personnel administration.
You enjoy interacting with ABM Branch Managers and Executives to keep them informed of Operations through daily reports, frequent meetings and strategy skill sessions. You will also have interactions with various ABM departments as needed, such as HR, Finance, Quality Control and Safety.
Create and coach a great team of engaged employees, including that Operations, Admin, and Valet heroes. You are ultimately responsible for developing this team into a high performing group that consistently delivers results. You love mentoring, training and skill enhancement programs to create a cohesive team, but you also know how to enforce discipline when needed.
You also relish any opportunity to work with senior management and Clients to ensure revenue opportunities are maximized from both a transient and monthly parker perspective.
Experience with developing, improving and submitting various professional level written reports, surveys, correspondence on a timely basis. Supports and assists in development of new business opportunities for ABM.
Budgeting and reporting are all in your wheelhouse, whether you are reviewing management reports, P&L reports or Client statements you love to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and Client expectations. This includes vendor/contractor oversight and working to identify and institute cost-saving projects.
You run a tight ship across all facets of the Operations, including audit, maintenance, janitorial, technology, and other areas to enhance ABM’s bottom line and reputation, while ensuring all Customers enjoy a world-class experience.
Who You Are
A passionate Ambassador of ABM Parking who represents the company among Clients and Parkers according to the company’s guiding principles of innovation, integrity and world-class Service.
You know how to keep your eye on the ball to maximize revenues, such as overseeing Monthly Parking requirements and ensuring all corporate account requests and concerns are responded to quickly.
The consummate team member willing to pitch in where needed, such as assisting with location openings and/or closing and helping keep the Operations running at a high level at all times.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
A minimum of three to five years’ experience in the field and prior management experience in parking facility management is preferred.
Must have knowledge of MS Office Applications including word, excel and PowerPoint.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work well in a customer focused team environment.
