P-14 to assist Trades Tech with general plumbing installations, minor maintenance and repairs. P-14 will assist with repairs of some electrical and carpentry to include drywall work on campus buildings. To include snow removal and any other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
Description of Duties and Tasks:
Duties include assisting Trades Technician with minor installations, maintenance and repairs of plumbing fixtures, systems, equipment, and the fire extinguisher program on campus. Assist with Ordering of equipment, parts, and supplies. To include snow removal and any other duties as assigned by Facilities Manager.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School Graduate or Equivalent Participated in a high school trades program Valid Virginia driver's license and good driving record.
Experience performing plumbing work. Knowledge of Fire Sprinklers Systems and Lawn irrigation systems Graduation from a High school trades program
