The Analyst role will work within the Market Research, Costing, and Analytics Team as a key contributor in executing the Company's strategy for managing third-party facility maintenance service providers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand client requirements and align vendor network
Identify and report risk areas
Administer request for proposals on an as needed basis
Perform service provider dispatch alignment and request code changes
Aid in establishing and analyzing preventative maintenance programs
Gather information, synthesize and communicate project statuses to stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
2-4 years' experience in an Analyst role
Understanding and/or some experience with MS Access/relational databases
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Management or related discipline Facilities maintenance knowledge
Basic understanding or HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and General Maintenance trades
