Assist underwriter manager with multiple underwriting task
Assist the Broker with all the Duties performed by the Broker (*Some duties require License)
Assist with researching the market area – know what developments are happening and how they will affect the subject property you are proposing or marketing
Collect Financials and other pertinent information from Seller
Underwriting multifamily properties – Complete or work with other departments on the creation of the Pro Forma and have the broker review and approve - includes entering or overseeing the input of Historical Income and Expense in the Pro Forma and completing the Pro Forma column.
Tour Property and gather all information for the Marketing materials: Take Photos of the Subject Property; Collect all information for the Property Summary (Metering, HVAC, Construction, Parking Surface, etc) – Give to Office/Project Manager; Obtain the Leasing brochure, Floor/Site plans, Amenities give to Office/Project Manager; Write Bullet Points for and Property Description for Marketing Materials; Research the Subject Property area and write the Neighborhood Description; Select the initial set of Rent Comps (may need to take photos) and work with Office/Project Manager to update. Finalize with advisor and give approved list to Office/Project Manager; Select the initial set of Sale Comps (may need to take photos). Finalize with advisor and give approved list to Office/Project Manager.
Enter and maintain listings on outside listing services as needed.
Help create new ways to market the Advisor to potential Investors & Sellers
Gather, stabilize, maintain, and interpret data & information
Gather, stabilize, maintain, and interpret data and information from a variety of sources.
Develop analyses and reports to enhance client understanding of market trends and investment opportunities and prepare presentations for use at client meetings.
Prepare complex and sophisticated valuation and cash flow analyses
Read, abstracts and analyzes complex legal real estate related documentation to include leases, financing/loan agreements, mortgage documents, partnership agreements, and corporate financial statements for relevant financial information that will impact the assignment Prepare clear, concise, and presentation ready documentation and spreadsheets that support and explain the basis of the analyses for use in client presentations, proposals and/or reports
Participate with team in client meetings to present and discuss analyses as needed. May discuss analysis summaries and findings with clients
Assist in the quality control effort to insure that all client presentation materials are professional, accurate, high impact and reflect the standards of quality
May assist and participate in strategy sessions in preparation for conferences with clients
Help assist in research and development of quarterly market reports
Create news articles/PR on business activity
Assist with weekly on markets and sales comps
Asist with training new hires
Real Estate License required for the following duties:
Do inspections walks
Show Subject properties to potential Buyers
Field questions from potential buyers responding to the flyer and email mailings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in Investment analysis and acquisitions preferred
A Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
