Power Design has an exciting opportunity for a Day Porter to join the organization in beautiful St. Petersburg, Fla. The Day Porter will clean and maintain Power Design's properties in a Class A condition. This position was established to provide support services to the building and reports to the Facilities and/or Property Manager.
Responsible for all basic cleaning, interior and exterior of the building Electrical work including but not limited to: re-lamping, ballast replacement, resetting breakers as needed Ensure that the appearance of the properties stay pristine while following the company's established standards and 5S method of organization Plumbing fixture repairs, drain maintenance and restroom preventative maintenance Assist with assigned engineering/facilities management/property management projects Perform routine inspections of the building mechanical systems, make minor repairs as needed Perform general laborer work and miscellaneous tasks as needed and assigned by Facilities Manager or Property Manager
