STATUS: FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT, HOURLY
Lake Erie College, a small, co-educational, four-year, independent liberal arts college located in Painesville, OH, 30 miles east of Cleveland, invites applications for the full-time position of plumbing maintenance technician. The plumbing maintenance technician performs required maintenance on all plumbing issues on campus and will help with painting, electrical, HVAC, trash pick-up and any other maintenance situations.
Other duties as assigned by the director of physical plant or facilities manager.
Availability to work overtime and assist in emergency call-in situations.
Ability to life at least 75 pounds.
Daily key turn-in and daily work order updates/reports.
Experience with the responsibilities described.
Knows plumbing code and how to use Propress, Megapress, snakes, torches and solder.
