We are searching for a professional like you to join our team at the Erie, PA facility.
Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
Formula for Success
Demonstrating your Store Room experience and strong computer skills, you will produce Replenishment reports, conduct obsolete parts removal, perform turnover rate analysis, process cycle counting, and ensure Store Room housekeeping.
As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a resource for Equipment Standardization and Parts unification. This includes being a resource for projects and Procurement.
Your knowledge of and ability to read blueprints, material specifications, and P&IDs will serve you well as you conduct Quality Control on incoming parts as required by Process Safety Management (PSM). This includes materials of construction and electrical classifications.
Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you act as the Vendor / Maintenance Interface for procurement of specialty items.
Using any knowledge you may have in SAP, you will use the SAP system for Bill of Materials (BOM), Functional Location Management, storeroom functions, and maintenance planning functions.
Your strong organization skills will be a valued asset as you develop Parts Kitting.
Leveraging your education in Business or a technical field and your experience in Maintenance, you will write and manage service contracts for power washing, landscaping, snow removal/salting, electrical contractors, HVAC contractors, and motorized equipment contracts.
Working as a team player, you will serve as back-up for the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Supervisor.
