This role is based in Louisville, Colorado, but will work with offices around the globe. Additionally, it will require a moderate amount of cross-functional collaboration with Technical Operations Team, People Team, and Global Office Operations colleagues.
The ideal candidate must be resourceful, enjoy the challenge of working in a satellite office, thrive in both individual and group settings, and bring previous experience working in a facilities or office management role. As a member of the Global Office Operations team, the Office Operations Manager continuously multi-tasks, stays highly organized, and shifts gears to adjust to ever-moving targets. Must see change as exciting, not daunting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage corporate dining program including weekly catered meals and pantry-restocking services Maintain office supply inventory and procurement Manage contracts and vendor relationships including corporate cleaning services, HVAC, appliance repair, and office maintenance Manage office access for employees Manage employee onboarding and termination in the Louisville office Work with our Talent Acquisition Group to oversee interview candidate experiences in the Louisville office Liaise with Corporate IT to resolve problems with technology Perform general office maintenance duties in the Louisville office Travel to regional satellite offices on a quarterly schedule to perform office health checks Coordinate with the Vice President and Director of Office Operations to manage office builds, renovations, and relocations Travel as needed to support new office builds and relocations Support community and office events in the Louisville Office Liaise with building management, landlords, and property managers Responsible for life safety and emergency management
