This position will provide administrative support for four managers in Campus Maintenance, Energy Management Controls Systems, HVAC, and Life Safety Services, as well as other supervisors and staff within these work units. Position schedules meetings, maintains calendars, reserves conference rooms, answers and directs calls, greets visitors and employees; and composes letters, memos, and correspondence. Position is responsible for managing all activities within the work units and performing human resources functions.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to independently research and respond to questions/issues that deviate from standard operating procedures by determining and consulting with appropriate resources such as policies, manuals or other staff; ability to use Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Time Information System (TIM).
