ECTC is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to maintain and oversee building automations. Assists in the coordination of special facilities projects, guardian of roof warranties and equipment replacement schedule, facility setup, and basic maintenance duties.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintain and oversee building automation (HVAC & Lighting) Systems.
Troubleshoot problems with HVAC and building automation systems and coordinate solutions with outside contractors to resolve problems.
Consult with trades people and engineers on technical issues to ensure the maintenance and installations are planned efficiently and implemented effectively.
Assists with special facilities projects (example: renovations and facility upgrades)
Assists in campus building inspections for all facilities.
Assists with contracts, handling of complaints for HVAC and other building automated services.
Education: Bachelor's degree (related field), and two years related experience, or equivalent.
Ability to work both effectively on a team or independently
Knowledge of facility automation systems N4 Tridium BAS System
Ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve problems
Use organizational skills and provide attention to details
Continuously promote a safe work environment
Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects (50 to 100lbs), work in confined spaces, restricted movement areas, mechanical/electrical spaces, ventilation fan housing, etc. for extended periods of time and be able to climb ladders and work at heights
Ability to read and interpret blue prints related to building HVAC systems
