Reporting to the Plumbing Shop Supervisor, the incumbent will perform plumbing services at the journeyman level and assist in the maintenance and repair of our 512 acre campus which includes over 4 million square feet of facility space. Specific duties include: installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing services for water, gas, sewer, storm and drain systems; operating related equipment and pipelines; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Four years progressively responsible experience in the plumbing trade
Maryland State certification as a licensed plumber
Valid non-commercial Class C or equivalent driver's license
Valid certification for Backflow Device Testing and Repair preferred.

Pay Range 12 (starting at $45,432) based on the University System of Maryland Pay Program
