To perform skilled preventative and corrective maintenance work on commercial primary heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment in assigned campus buildings. To include air handlers, pumps, air compressors and exhaust fans. Assist in general building maintenance, and all repairs to those buildings assigned to the School of Medicine, included but not limited to, HVAC systems. Demonstrate commitment to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma and 6 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems including air and water cooled chillers also pneumatic systems.
Must possess Universal Refrigerant Usage Certification. Must be experienced in a diversified building maintenance environment.
