Under general supervisor of the HRL Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the position is responsible for the following:
Assigns, directs, and supervises the daily work activities of the HRL zone technicians on designated after-hours shifts. This includes all corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and project - related activities.
Assist / perform repair activities across all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
Complete preventative maintenance activities on building systems as assigned.
Participate in the emergency, on-call rotation as assigned and respond within a timely manner.
Provide accurate documentation of work activities and tasks completion.
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Minimum five (5) years in any skilled trade: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, construction
Minimum two (2) years of experience with personnel supervision
Basic level of proficiency with web-based applications and standard, office software programs
Possess and maintain a valid Kentucky's Drivers License
