Department Name: 3CM00:Medical Center Physical Plant
Under the supervision of the Facilities Preventative Maintenance Manager, this position will maintain all related equipment in a proactive effort to prevent failures requiring reactive maintenance. Provides Scheduled Maintenance to Hospital Facility Equipment and Annex Buildings Equipment. Performs equipment Predictive and Preventive Maintenance in a timely manner and according to percentage of completion standards established by the PPMC (i.e. 100% of all critical equipment), including such equipment as AHU's, Medical Air and Vacuum systems, Emergency Power Supply Systems, Electrical Systems, Medical Gas Systems, Lighting Systems, Water Quality systems (RO/DI), Emergency Eyewashes, plumbing, etc. May require overtime on occasion.
Currently there are multiple Maintenance Technician II positions open. If you would like to be considered for each of these positions, you will need to apply for each individual position. One application will not be considered for all openings.
