Perform basic maintenance, repair and installation for the building and mechanical trades. Additionally work alongside plumbing group and support those projects and needs.
Demonstrated working knowledge of general maintenance and repair procedures for the building and mechanical trades. Considerable skill in the use of a variety of hand and power tools, for example electrical test equipment. Ability to lift/move 75 pounds and work from ladders/scaffolds. Valid driver's license required. Ability to be placed on rotating call-in schedule and respond to emergency call-ins within 30 minutes.
Journeyman’s license in trades of Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC desired. Vocational or trades school background.
