Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center is a 680-bed HCA Healthcare facility located in the Uptown neighborhood of Denver. An affiliate of HealthONE, the largest healthcare system in Denver, Presbyterian/St. Luke's is known for its Cancer Center that features the largest Bone Marrow Transplant Center in the region.
The Mechanic Specialist position supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke’s Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Under the supervision of the Plant Operations Supervisor, the Mechanic Specialist completes work orders, preventative maintenance inspections and other work as assigned on Patient floors.

Education: HS Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of experience completing general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work orders
Special Qualifications: Must have a telephone, available transportation, and be able to respond to work immediately in case of an emergency. Must be available for on-call flexible shifts and long working hours in emergency situations
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s license with no more than two tickets in two years and three tickets in five years preferred- to drive company vehicle
