Responsible for the overall state of operations for the hospital, rural health clinic, doctor's clinics and grounds.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulations.
Comply with DNV standards and yearly inspections.
Coordinate with Administration to manage financial aspects of operations including creating and monitoring annual budgets.
Plan, organize and implement projects related operations.
Maintain all property, equipment, utilities, processes and personnel related to plant operations.
Manage department and establish policies, procedures and standards for facility management.
Maintain safe environment to assure maximum level of patient care.
Supervise personnel matters pertaining to the employment, training and termination of plant operations workers.
Proven experience as Plant Operations Director or equivalent position.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Knowledge of DNV or Joint Commission rules and guidelines.
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
Understanding of blueprints, diagrams and control schematics.
Ability to pass background check, including drug screen and criminal history.
Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance.
Eligible for employment in the USA.
