Overview
To keep all equipment operating, maintain campus facilities, keeping the campus safe and maintaining a trouble free learning environment


Responsibilities
Recurring Tasks:
  • Repair electrical problems
  • Repair sewer problems
  • Move office furniture
  • Set-up Audio-visual gear


Periodic Tasks:
  • Unclog drains
  • Repair broken locks
  • Replace refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals
  • Repair/replace leaky faucets, toilets, and other household related problems Repair leaky roofs and floors
  • Painting and concrete work
  • Maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment
  • Setting up of tables, chairs, and any other items needed for events Maintain campus vehicles


Projects:
  • Minor construction, and installing sprinkler system throughout the campus
  • Striping parking lots
  • Relighting student union


Qualifications
Knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and have mechanical skills. High School diploma or G.E.D.&/or job related experience.
