Job Description Summary: The Construction Foreman will oversee renovation and remodeling projects on campus, estimating, budgeting, doing takeoffs, scheduling and coordinating skilled trades. Meet with requestors to determine scope of work and obtain Facilities Management's approval of requested modifications.Develop estimates, plan, schedule, coordinate, control costs, code compliance and ensure timely completion. Supervise internal skilled trades temporarily assigned to the specific construction work, at campus buildings, from the existing work force. The skilled trade's primary responsibility would continue to be maintenance work. Minimum Qualifications: For the work sample, provide an example of a past project. Preferred Qualifications:
