PERFORMANCE -Setting new standards
Primary responsibility isboileroversight for region
Evaluate boilers and boiler systems by property
Maintain inventory of current equipment, track and update annually
Create and execute boiler management plan, and preventive maintenance program to prolong the life and efficiency of existing units
Lead the region in cost reduction and expense control for boilers
Repair existing boiler systems when possible, replace only when absolutely necessary
Assiston-site staff with boiler/system issues
Oversee routine maintenanceof boiler systemsthroughout the region
Train Service Managers, Service Technicians and Community Directors on a quarterly basis

Report any violations to Supervisor and related Community Director
File all required reports/permits with Supervisor

Willing to be assigned to other Weidner properties as needed
5 years minimum full time experiencewith boiler systems, licensed, contract plumber is a plus
3 years minimumexperience with condensating boiler installation and service
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing: HVAC Certification
Provide full set of general tools, including but not limited to sets of wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, Allen wrenches, plumbing torch, toolbox and ladder
Able to lift and carry up to 80 poundsand push/pull up to 200 pounds
Must have reliable transportation, valid and current driver s license, proof of insurance
Good communication skills;detail oriented, well organized
Knowledge of energy devices to include but not limited to Techmar, Honeywell and Robert Shaw
Available to work flexible hours and days
Agree to a criminal background, creditcheck and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
