At The Scion Group, we’re changing what student housing means. It’s bigger than beds and buildings. It’s about providing unique experiences and creating communities — both on and off campus — that feel like less like a place and more like a home.
We're in search of a Maintenance Supervisor to provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine, and electrical work. This position supervises the work of employees and vendors, provides maintenance and upkeep of buildings and equipment, and carries out the repairs at a designated property. The Maintenance Supervisor ensures a high level of professional services for residents on property, responds to service requests, establishes a preventive maintenance schedule, prepares units at turnovers, and helps to plan and execute capital improvements.
Those in the Maintenance Supervisor position may also be asked to assist other properties.
Serves in an “on-call” capacity, except during approved PTO periods.
