Job Duties: Duties include teach undergraduate and graduate courses in construction management. Conduct research and seek external funding and provide service to the university, profession and department. Participate in program assessment and strategic planning, mentor undergraduate and graduate students, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a tenure track position. Minimum Education/Experience: PhD in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. Able to teach courses in the following areas: Surveying, Soils and Foundations, Materials (construction and/or highway), Cost Control, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems in face-to-face and distance learning environments.
