![]() Operations Manager, Facilities Automation Center Stanford University Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Facilities Automation Center (FAC) operations and staff. The Operations Manager is responsible for positioning FAC resources to further the advancement of the campus automation systems, through the deployment of pilot projects and test environments. The Operations Manager has overall accountability for the execution of the FAC Service Level Agreements (SLA) with campus maintenance teams both reactively and proactively. The Operations Manager is the direct supervisor for the FAC Control System Administrators and Project Managers. The Operations Manager reports to the Associate Director, Facilities Automation. Duties
