JOB SUMMARY The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) Shared Services is seeking a Facilities Manager 1 to ensure the smooth operation of a multi-building portfolio and act as a liaison between the building occupants and Facilities Operations. Under the direction of the Director of Facility Services, the candidate must have a strong understanding of both building systems and building programs within assigned areas, as well as the impacts of each upon the other. The successful candidate will work to ensure the functional integrity of teaching and research programs during the course of necessary maintenance and repairs to the building's infrastructure. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as main contact for building occupants for all maintenance and repair issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
