 Maintenance Plumber - Sewers & Storm Drains Stanford University Maintenance Plumber - Sewers & Storm Drain Job Responsibilities Employees in this classification are assigned work by the shop lead or supervisor and carried out following general instructions or more detailed instructions and guidance concerning the best way to perform the work for more complex projects. Characteristic Duties Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of the methods, materials and tools used in the plumbing trade and the ability to do plumbing work as described above. Minimum Education and Experience Required This skill level is generally associated with a minimum of four years of experience in the trade or a combination of education and relevant experience. The role may be a trainee position based on the level of experience from the candidate receiving an offer. Physical Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a California Noncommercial Class C Driver's License. Working Conditions Available to work overtime and may be available for callbacks. This position is represented by SEIU Local 2007 and the collective bargaining agreement between the university and SEIU Local 2007 governs the terms and conditions of employment.
