SENIOR FACILITIES SERVICES AGENT , Endicott House , to perform general building maintenance duties, including equipment/fixture repairs and preventative maintenance program and general facility upkeep, specifically carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. Will maintain all mechanical equipment, boilers, HVAC units, exhaust systems, circulating pumps, and utility services; cordinate and supervise all work provided by vendors and contractors; maintain all required permits and records; and work with the general manager to provide on-site security and security liaison duties with MIT and local police as necessary.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : high school diploma or its equivalent; three years of general maintenance experience, preferably with a majority in one specific trade; strong organizational and oral and written communication skills. Must be able to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks; and maintain accurate maintenance, service, and permit records. PREFERRED : background in two or more trades. Job #19747-5
Hourly rate: low to mid $20s/hr., depending upon experience and education.
