As a working supervisor, establishes, maintains and monitors a comprehensive planned and corrective maintenance schedule for constant reliable operations relating to all maintenance including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and painting functions in assigned buildings by planning, inspecting, verifying, communicating, and troubleshooting facility maintenance issues; estimating time and associated costs of service work; assigning work orders; communicating with the Call Center; ensuring that corrective measures have been provided for all identified facility problems or concerns; developing and maintaining strong customer service practices including customer involvement, communication, notifications, and process reviews; ensuring that all trades maintenance activities are well-planned, delivered and completed in the safest and most effective manner possible; ensuring that all work performed follows the departmental and OSHA safety guidelines, policies, and regulations; and ensuring that systems are in safe working order and are compliant with national and local codes and regulations while exhibiting a professional demeanor including conduct, appearance, and work practices.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma and 7 years experience in specialized trades area; or in a diversified building or vehicle maintenance, or construction activity.
