DescriptionCamelback Pointe Apartments A Service Manager oversees all the maintenance of an apartment community. A successful candidate is one who is dependable, experienced and can take direction. The Service Manager will work with the Community Director and be responsible for the completion of all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety standards. Responsibilities:Prepare and/or supervise the preparation of apartments for occupancyComplete service requests and preventive maintenancePerforms maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, as well as small and large appliancesManage service staff including staff scheduling and address staffing issues promptly
