Senior Facilities Manager (Williams Bay, WI)
Position Purpose: Under the direction of the Vice President for Operations, the Senior Facilities Manager manages the day-to-day operations of custodial, grounds, housekeeping, and building maintenance operations. Participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures, and processes in support of departmental operations. The Senior Facilities Manager schedules, assigns, reviews, supervises, and performs the work of all employees in Facilities Operations representing a variety of work skills necessary for the maintenance and repair of the GWC facilities, buildings, grounds, custodial and equipment.
