Under the direct or indirect supervision from the Executive Director, Assistant Director or HVAC Services Manager, the HVAC Leadperson will be responsible for the work of maintaining the BAS (Metasys), heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration and repairs by performed HVAC mechanics, Duty Engineers, Assistant Duty Engineers and other assigned personnel. This team will operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration on campus. This includes operations of a central heating plant utilizing steam and/or hot water for tempering or heating buildings and a chilled water system to provide cooling to all buildings the dining and kitchen facilities.
