Job Duties: This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of various building automation systems (BAS) and other controls (digital and pneumatic) for the Main Campus. The person in this position serves as the technical expert for controls and operates, maintains, and troubleshoots complex building automation and control systems. It includes maintaining central servers and working with ECU Information Technology and Computing Services (ITCS) staff regarding virtual servers, IP addresses, network connections, etc. Works with building automation system and other vendors to resolve issues, keep software versions up-to-date as appropriate, obtain quotes, complete purchase orde
