JOB SUMMARY Works under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Facilities Director is responsible for the overall planning, organization, supervision, coordination, and control of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of the Cody Regional Health campus in an operative and safe working condition. The Facilities Director will have direct management responsibilities for the Plant Operations, Environmental Services, and Laundry Departments. Oversee Plant Operations, maintenance, and construction projects throughout CRH facilities, ensure required monthly rounds and checklists are completed and perform general maintenance
