Gateway Community & Technical College invites applications for an Adjunct, Plumbing Instructor. This part-time plumbing Instructor will be responsible for classroom and lab instruction, monitoring and documenting student progress and attendance. Provide Gateway students with quality training, while maintaining organized records.

• Provide in-person classroom and lab instruction to students.
• Provide instruction to students in both theory and practice.
• Maintenance and care of classrooms and training materials will also be expected.
• Maintain student grades and monitor student progress.
• Notify students of missing assignments or attendance issues.
• Post final grades.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses:

• High School/GED, or equivalent.
• Journeyman Plumbing License

Experience:

• 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred.
• Experience working at the community college level is preferred.
